Excellent customer service from DeLonhi! A decent espresso maker for the price. Of the bundled items, The metal scoop is very nice, the frother works well, but the milk pitcher is too tall to use with the espresso maker’s steamer wand. The cups are mighty small but nicely made.
I would recommend getting a separate tamper A few notes on this Espresso machine as well as the bundle:
Great value for an easy espresso machine! I really love how easy this espresso machine is! My only complaint is the frothing pitcher is too tall for the machine. The froth steamer on the machine works great and makes yummy steamed milk for the perfect latte/cappuccino. This bundle pack is worth the extra cost. I hope you enjoy this machine as much as I have so far.
