Very disappointed in this company and if it is returned this … DO NOT but this product from this company. Limited use of this machine in my house it’s not as if it’s overworked. Maybe 4 times a week I make 1 latte a day. Over $360 I paid and It’s not even 2 months old, it is overheating and not making steam. Called DeLonghi and I HAVE to pay for shipping to be repaired on a product I haven’t had very long. Good espresso All in all a nice machine. The process of making espresso is pretty straight forward with a bit of a learning curve. What I donât like is recommended prep and processes to heat the unit by doing a run without coffee in place. This uses water from the tank as well as I feel could contribute to hard water build up necessitating de scaling sooner. The cup warmer does not really warm enough and if your making coffee their is some inherent vibration which could cause cups to vibrate off…
Leaking boiler after four months, terrible customer service Length:: 0:46 Mins Bought this machine in January 2018. As of last week, I can no longer use it because it is leaking around the boiler gasket. I’ve contacted DeLonghi directly. They’ve attempted four different times to require me to upload video as proof of the problem, which has failed because the systems they have for doing so, both over the phone and online, do not perform properly.
