Good Strong well made and balanced bivalve knife This knife has got to be one of the best that I have had over the years.I purposely bought this one because it looked really strong and well made…..and it is CERTAINLY ALL THAT AND MORE !!The tip of this knife is very strong and is able to get into even the toughest clam or oyster…It really diggs in there and a few twists you in !!It is a wonderfully made piece of equipment….machined very well…..I wonder if you can find better !!

Serious Design Flaw I was extremely disappointed in this product. Although it is sturdy, and the blade well made, the absence of any texture on the handle makes it virtually impossible to use once the handle gets even the slightest bit wet.

Perfect I bought this as a gift for my oyster loving husband and it’s great! A quality knife… so well made in fact, it was difficult to get a deep engraved message into the strong steel handle!
