The inner mesh is made from a higher corrosion resistant food grade (316L, 18-12) stainless steel. This type of stainless steel is regularly used in manufacturing of medical surgical instruments!

Easy to Clean and Store

After each brew; hold the cone by the handle and dump out coffee grounds. Rinse and clean the cone under warm to hot water; add dish soap as deemed necessary. After coffee grounds, stains, or soap is rinsed off; hang or place in dish rack to dry.
