The double filter is laser-cut with an additional mesh filter inside. Unlike paper filters which are a waste of money and rob you of the essential oils naturally found in coffee, this filter will provide a clear rich tasting balanced coffee.
Glass lid
The high-quality glass lid completely covers the opening of the carafe and helps keep your coffee warmer. It will also prevent accidental spills.
Borosilicate glass carafe
The carafe is made from borosilicate glass, which is resistant to thermal shock, it also does not absorb any odors, chemicals or residue. Giving you a fresh tasting coffee every time you brew. The carafe has a 1.1 Liter capacity.

Good 2 cups of joe I love this way to make a delicious cup of coffee. I use 3 scoops of joe and ad hot water to the bottom of the colored handle and that makes 2 big cups. Nice that the kettle has a temp guage on the top and when the needle reaches the green it is ready to pour over your coffee. The filter is the best I have used, no paper needed. This way tastes better than electric drips and takes about same time. But coffee does not stay hot long in carafe, even with included glass lid.

Outstanding coffee maker Produces a great cup of coffee. To be fair, I am picky about what kind of coffee beans I use, so that helps, as does water quality. However I really like this product as it makes it easy for me to make 2 mugs of quality coffee without any fancy equipment and fuss.
