When a product works perfectly it should just be left alone. Don’t fix what isn’t broken. I had a Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker for years and finally needed to replace it. It’s not the same though and the brewing process has changed. There used to be a lever on the side of the brew basket and the water went through much slower and accumulated in the basket so that the tea could steep. I thought the one I just received was defected and the replacement is the exact same way. No lever to adjust how long the water stays in the basket. The water just goes through and the tea is weak…

Iced Tea Maker I have always used instant tea at home. You cannot argue with the speed and the convenience of simply adding the powdered tea to cool water, stir, and drink. But, you also must concede that instant tea does not taste as good as brewed tea. I made a decision to cut back on Diet Coke. But I wanted something better than instant tea. That led me to this product.

We love it! Until recently my wife and I owned … We love it! Until recently my wife and I owned one of the old 3 quart MC designs (turquoise lid) from way back in the late 80’s, or early 90’s? The pitcher cracked so we repaired it and used it for the last 20-25 years or so.
