phenomenal taste I’ve been brewing coffee manually for many years, using a plastic cone filter holder. I recently switched to this porcelain filter holder, and it really brings out a huge improvement in the taste. The porcelain conducts the heat better and eliminates any kind of plastic taste. With the cap on, the coffee stays warm for about an hour.
