Programmable Feature Failed! This coffee maker worked great out of the box. After only 3 months, the programmable display no longer worked nor could I program the coffee maker which was the main reason I bought this product. I have to send it back and get a refund because the coffee maker was sent by an outside vendor which means I cannot exchange this for a new one. After I receive my refund, I will look for another coffee maker and hope the next one works longer than 3 months.
Very disappointed! Not well made. Light in weight, very thin plastic, especially the the lid where you fill the water and coffee. The glass coffee carafe is very thin, much thinner than my old Mr. Coffee carafe. We have been using the same brand of coffee for years, and it tasted terrible with this machine. Sorry Hamilton Beach, we’re going back to Mr. Coffee.
Carafe doesn’t drip It’s brews kinda slowly and the pot is a little on the thin side. I’ve had it for quite a while now and it still makes a very good cup of coffee.
