Big Capacity, Small Footprint. Mediocre Quality and Longevity, Other Quirks UPDATE 10/29/2016 – It has been about 2 years owning this unit and using it at least once a day. I can say that I got a reasonable life out of the machine but the last year things have been going downhill. I now need to shop for a new coffee maker and I am shying away from purchasing this one again. I think I would spend a little more money to get something better. The four reasons I would not buy this unit again are as follows:
Energy Efficient and Stays Relatively Hot 160 – 170 degree range Bought this from a store locally and paid the same. I like it.
This Coffeemaker Is Worthless Very, very disappointed. We bought this item on April 28, 2016 and it worked fine – for only TWO MONTHS. Suddenly it would only brew half the water in the reservoir. Unplugged it, reprogrammed it, nothing could fix it. Because we like the thermal carafe feature, on June 26, 2016 we ordered a replacement – same model – figuring it was a fluke. Today, August 17, 2016, it started doing only the “half-brew” again. We pour in 10 cups of water and it brews 5. Disgusting. Complete waste of…
