It’s a coffee maker. It’s not rocket science. My wife and I are quite happy with this coffee maker. We wanted a thermal carafe to avoid the burnt flavor that you often get from conventional drip machines.
Great coffee maker for a patient person I have had this Coffee maker for about a month now and really like the way it performs. The coffee brews slowly with the aroma button on and it comes out strong (be sure to set the timer about 20 mins before you get up and you will be fine.) It fits well under my counter and I do not have to slide it out to fill each time which is a nice feature. This would be a five star coffee maker if it did not take so long to fill your cup. With the arrows aligned on the carafe it just pours out slowly…
Love the design but drips when you pour I replaced our old basic coffee machine because after 10 years, the carafe began to leak when you pour. Unfortunately, the new one leaks more! Coffee brews slowly (I like stronger coffee so I use the aroma button) and it could be hotter but really no complaints with the coffee once you get some in your cup. I have tried aligning the arrows, opening the lid a little more, opening a little less. but the carafe just leaks when you pour into your coffee cup unless you completely remove the lid…
