Great Urn This is great urn. All stainless (including the cover) makes the coffee taste delicious. Water heats up quickly and is piping hot. The only negative is that it makes a slight rattling noise while it is on keep warm mode.I contacted the company and they were incredibly responsive and nice. Dissaponted! Beautiful stainless, works great, and reasonably priced. I used it this past week for a fundraiser for our Senior Center and it brewed 100 cups of coffee in about 30 mins. It is also insulated, so it kept the coffee at just the right temperature. I highly recommend this product.
