Don’t confuse with CWTF-15! There wasn’t real clarity that I would need to get an electrician to help install this. I realize now that I needed a CWTF-15 but thought that this unit would be nearly identical. Please be more clear in description that it doesn’t come with a plug and needs more attention than a simple plug and play CWTF-15. However, I was able to easily return it and get the proper machine quickly. I’m sure the machine itself was fine, I just wasn’t completely aware of what I was getting.
Worst coffee maker ever Worst coffee maker ever. The water would not get hot. It took 2 hours for the water to get hot enough to brew a pot of coffee. So I exchanged for another one thinking it was defective, but not the case the replacement had the same issue.!!!
Five Stars Great product, it just takes 220v. But over all I would buy again!!!!
