Died after 7 months, but replaced on warranty This coffee maker failed in the most basic way: it stopped heating after 7 months. Purchased December 1, 2012, dead on August 1, 2013.
Great Coffee, but a Noisy Little Thing! My wife and I got this coffeemaker as a wedding gift in July. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the particular one we received, and a week to the day from when we first used it, it quit working entirely. It just wouldn’t turn on at all. We contacted customer service and after a few hoops, managed to get a free replacement with shipping waived. We’ve been using our replacement for about two months now and haven’t had a problem since!
It was Excellent! UPDATE: This coffeemaker was wonderful until one day in November it refused to turn on. There was not a power surge or anything. There was no warning, just it wouldn’t turn on. I was very disappointed. Usage of this maker was a pot a coffee nearly everyday from the time we got it until it died.
