Buy from amazon so you can return if you have similar issues Does not brew correct sizes in single cups, but works well as a coffee pot. However, the reason I bought it was for it’s supposed versatility. Always brews 4-6oz above. Would return it, but bought from seller that charges shipping for returns (dealyard) despite it being defective.
Quality product – excellent results Arrived well-packaged. Easy to use and makes great coffee, enough options without needless frills. Doesn’t come with the permanent filter which was somewhat disappointing, but otherwise well worth the price.
