Does a great job and had a great price I purchased directly from the seller who has it on sale with free shipping. Ordered on Tuesday PM, got it, in perfect condition, on Thursday AM.
Best consumer kitchen appliance I have ever purchased. This is the best, most used kitchen appliance I have ever purchased. I did not get mine here though. Extremely convenient to wake up, hit a button and have great espresso. Better coffee, quicker, no filters needed. It is much cheaper to make at home, and you don’t have to wait in a line like at the local coffee place. I have had one of these for 9 years, and the only issue I had was that the black spout got a crack in it (my fault), but it was easy to order a new one. I gave my used one…
Good espresso, and my comments on water I am not a coffee snob (or I wouldn’t be using a super-automatic). My point of reference is a Saeco Vienna silver, which served me well for six years. I was sad when the Saeco died, because of the bewildering array of superautomatics available. When I got this Gaggia, I was relieved to find that it is the same as a Saeco VS on the inside. Same brew group. Same buttons (albeit arranged differently). Same grinding. Same adjustability.
