not a good choice I bought this grinder because the little bowl was removable and so easy to clean. However after a few uses it completely stopped working! I called customer service at Cusinart and was told I had to ship it to them, pay for the postage both to ship AND to receive the grinder so basically pay more than half the amount of the grinder to repair a grinder that’s lame to begin with! Save your money, don’t buy this product!

BAD IDEA!!! The product quit working the FIRST time I used it. The motor is not powerful at all. I tried to grind some cashews and within about 30 seconds it just died.

Amazon Customer says:

Two left in stock – don’t order either of them! This product looks good but that’s about all it does. I got this as a wedding gift along with about 100 other Cuisinart products on my registry. I love Cuisinart but I have to agree with some of the other poor reviews. We plugged this thing in, filled it with coffee beans, and it worked for about 30 seconds before it completely died. That’s about it. Won’t turn on, won’t grind, won’t budge. It’s not as if I was grinding cement in the thing – just coffee beans. Buy at your own risk.
