So much potential Thermal execution spot on. However, there are two fundamental issues with the design.

The perfect cup of coffee!!! NO MORE BITTER COFFEE!!!! I LOVE my new Black & Decker! I love how unlike most models of coffee makers with a glass carafe and a heated plate, this does not make mouth scalding hot coffee. I feel most coffee makers heat the water so much it burns the coffee, making it bitter and nasty. In my opinion this model makes the perfect cup.
