impressive We returned the Keurig Rivo that for the 3 time in less than 2 years had issues and went with this. I love it! Simple to use, we got a Secura frother to go with it that we love.The pods are way more affordable than Keurig (50% less) and packed with way more espresso. Both machines together cost a little more than the Rivo, but worth it, and take up less space, not to mention make better espresso & cappuccino. I’m from Rome, I know what a buon espresso is and this is as good as you can get…
Even my wife loves this machine….. OMG. If you are an espresso kind of person, you will love this machine. Italians always have difficulty translating Italian to English, which will be quite evident reading the instructions. But make no mistake, They do not PLAY GAMES when it comes to coffee. I am very pro American, and try to buy US made products as often as possible, unfortunately, the US has not yet figured out how to match Italian coffee machinery.
