Dual Frother:
This device is easy use and performs very well. There are two parts of the frother. There is a Frothing
Sleeve for cappuccinos and when the Frothing Sleeve is removed, it reveals the Steam Tube for lattes.
Frothing: Frothing Sleeve is in place over the steam tube. Hot steam and air are injected into the milk.
The air will swirl inside the milk creating silky dense froth on top of the milk, ideal for a cappuccino.
Steaming only; Frothing Sleeve is removed to reveal the Steam Tube. Only hot steam will be injected
into the milk. This is ideal for a latte. Important: To work properly, the Frothing Sleeve and Steam Tube
need to be free of any milk deposits from earlier use.

Bad start, great finish! Like one of the other reviewers here, I received a refurbished unit that, well, wasn’t. On its first run through, it too leaked water all over the counter and couldn’t steam.The seller was prompt in replying saying I could return the unit but I would have to pay return shipping. Great Taste but Very Frothy Seller is great, arrived promptly, seemed new. It is a great espresso maker as far as the flavor of the coffee. It makes cheap Bustelo Supreme taste wonderful. My Delonghi made that same coffee taste horrible. There’s only one issue, and that is the extreme frothiness of the coffee. It’s basically like a latte as it comes out of the spigots. Espresso-machine was packaged in the original, retail-box with manuals included and other original accessories.
