Where do I start? We are the customer, a church/school who uses this machine (our 2nd BUNN, the first lasting 15 years) for our staff lunch room. When we received this machine in October of 2017, the voltage switch was wrong for us. We called BUNN and they sent out a repair company who changed the setting quite fast. Fast forward to 22 months. All of a sudden the machine does not work. We call the repair company that came out previously. They come out and determine (after MANY long phone calls to BUNN)…
