It was used. Had to PAY shipping NOT PRIME ELIGIBLE. BUT WORKS GREAT. The unit was used. But the price was right. I gave my kitchenaid same model to a friend. It finally wore out. He was so disappointed. The fact I found the same model and color on Amazon. He was thrilled to have even a slightly used one. The only negative. I Had to pay shipping.
