I love it, but you have to learn to the brain of it. I do love this coffee maker. I will admit in the beginning it was very frustrating trying to get it to work with my existing pods I had. I had about 75 left because I gave my old Keurig away and got this one. I was pulling my hair out with the opps message. Then I got stickers online and started to use them and now it works perfect. Love this keurig! Great product, works seamlessly and a great cup of coffee every time. Granted it only gets used about 3 times a day so may not be for someone who drinks substantially more than that. Makes the perfect amount to fill up my travel mug each morning. Really enjoy the color display and ease of use of the touch screen. Would certainly buy again.
Broke after 4 days Had to return it after 4 days, the needle/nozzle was clogged and kept giving me an error message that couldn’t be cleared. I was very disappointed because my first generation Keurig was so reliable. I’ll let you know how the replacement goes.
