So disappointed So disappointed. Our last exact unit was great for 3 years then the water started leaking into the discarded pod container. I put up with it 3 months until it was total backflow into the discarded pos mixing with them and none going forward. What a mess. Bought this replacement and tablespoon of water at least of back flow into the discard pods right from the beginning. I imagine this would be gone in 3 months. Cup volumes randomly vary . Unreliable pours of the coffee, different almost every time. Not user friendly or reliable. My first machine gave me a different volume of coffee almost every time, after about two weeks I realized it was the machine not me. The last 10-30 seconds the machine was still making a noise like it was pushing water through the pod but no more coffee was coming out. I got a replacement and have only had it two days but already the pours vary however this one is not having the flow stop 1-30 seconds before the machine motor stops. I miss my original verismo,…
Worth it I really like it. Only problems I have is that the color seems pretty off from rose gold; as you can see from the picture, itâs closer to a burgundy. The pods are also kinda hard to find, but Bed Bath and Beyond sells it, and obviously you can order them online so itâs not a big deal.
