Started leaking after 6 months of use and Amazon and Illy won’t replace I used this product and was happy with it until it started leaking water after 6 months. I tried replacing the plastic ring in the water container. I descaled as they suggested, and it continued to leak. I reached out to Amazon and they said it was past the return date so there was nothing they could do but that I should reach out to illy about the manufacturer warranty. We love it! We discovered this device when on vacation in Hawaii. It was the coffee maker in our room. I’ve never liked the taste of Keurig coffee and my limited experiences with espresso has been with Starbucks, and I wasn’t crazy about that either. The expresso from Illy is fantastic. My wife and I love it. My only complaint about this machine is it wants you to do everything in the proper step. Do it out of order and you’ll think the machine is broken. Disappointing. If I could go back to the past I wonât buy this. I bought this machine cause I really really want to get it for my bday present. And after a week I tried to pull the capsule tray up but it was broken for pieces. So I sent a mail to Illy and they said weâll talk about it with machine expert but they didnât send me a mail for 3 weeks. I sent them a mail again but I couldnât get an answer for a week.
