This single cup coffee maker is a mechanical clone of a Black + Decker model I had — and loved — for several years and recently burned out. But this one works better. Iit is faster, does not have any “after drip,” once it shuts off, and produces a smoother cup of coffee. Compact perfect Excellent coffee pot I have a really nice coffee cup for traveling fits right in there. I think it would fit most any coffee cup. And I used a regular coffee cup and made a cup of coffee as well. I started grinding my coffee. I am very happy with the results. I make one cup of coffee no mess for my great big pot. Much better. Very happy.
