Loved this machine while it worked. Loved this machine while it worked properly. Would have rated it 5 star up until 2-3 months ago. Have spent the last several months trying to descale and clean the machine. It appears that the real problem may be the units pump. Still works great without a K-Cup installed, like when making a cup of tea from a tea bag. Using a K-Cup it starts OK when brewing but as soon as the coffee in the K-Cup gets wet and expands it SLOWS TO A TRICKLE. Have previously owned the K10 models, which we…
Quiet and uses any K cup. This is my second Keurig, replacing an older B70 model that is very similar. The first thing I noticed is this new unit is more quiet than the old one. Functionally, it is identical to the older B70, same display and menu. The water reservoir is slightly different. It extends out farther toward the front and now has a flip up lid to pour water in easier when it is attached to the main unit.
