DKINZ – A REVOLUTIONARY COLD BREW MACHINE
At DKINZ, we are obsessed with coffee; we’ve tried every possible way to roast it, grind it and brew it. Our goal was to get a cup of coffee that did not taste like something burned in the kitchen. We wanted to have a coffee that was rich and sweet with all the nuances that we read in articles and advertisements. Chocolate and citrus notes or vanilla with earthy undertones. This is why we created the izac-I – A portable cold brew coffee maker.
A MORE DELICIOUS WAY TO ENJOY COFFEE
Enjoy the smoothest, most delicious cup of coffee you’ll have with our “Dutch” / “Kyoto” style Cold Brew coffee machine. Avoid the acid and bitterness that develops when hot brewing by using cold water that slowly drips through your coffee grounds from over 8 to 12 hours, you’ll be left with a dark, rich, naturally sweeter tasting coffee concentrate that you can enjoy over ice or dilute with water or milk.
LOWER ACID:
The acid levels in Cold Brew coffee are about 67% less than in Hot Brewed coffee, this benefits your digestive system & is a better alternative for people with acid reflux, it’s also the reason Cold Brew is smoother tasting & less bitter.
SMOOTH CAFFEINE KICK:
We find Cold Brew to be the perfectly smooth caffeine kick that lifts you up and puts you in the best mood for Exercise, Work & Adventure.
BETTER TASTE:
Unlock the complex flavors of your coffee, depending on roast and variety of beans, you can be tasting delicious Rich Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Citrus, Vanilla, Graham Cracker notes. Cold-brews are, scientifically & anecdotally, sweeter.

Decent Extract So far I only rated this 4 stars but might revise up or down after it is used more. This system appears to work as intended. It has many components and sections but easy to disassemble/assemble for use. I stopped using filtered water, as it was a pain and expect that the tap water might eventually block water drip because of minerals in my water source. The whole assembly is a bit wobbly and I have been afraid it might topple (when adjusting the spigot) but hasn’t so far. It is unfortunate that…
Highly recommended! I love this ice-drip coffee brewer. It is a simple device, and the crucial part â the dripper and the adjustability of the dripper â seems to be made of high quality materials. The device is small, but I like that feature because it makes it easy to put it by my desk as I’m working and I can keep an eye on it throughout the brew cycle. You do want to keep the drips happening at a consistent rate, and it will change as the water level depletes. Many recipes suggest 40 drips per…
Another useful addition to my coffee-maker collection I wish the top held a bit more, so I could fill it with more ice. The adjustable dripper mechanism is weirdly coarse, as in a tiny 10mm rotation one way or the other changes it from 1 drip per sec to 5 drips per sec. The grounds holder could be a little bigger to allow for a hot bloom, if you wanted. The locking/turning tabs are fiddly and I keep thinking I’m gonna chip them off when I turn it. It only holds about 320 ml of water in the top.For the most part, I’m glad I bought it…
