A little elbow grease helps It took me about four cups of failure before I figured out that the filter basket was not completely cranked into place. The thing about this stupid thing is that you have to put it in with the handle to the left. Once you can kinda feel that it has “catched” and you think you have it in place, then you crank it as much as you can to get the handle facing straight forward. It might not make it completely straight forward, but bring it as far as you can before you feel too terrified of breaking…
Not worth buying Changing my rating from three stars to one. It’s a poorly designed product and is made of cheap plastic. Just after a few months of rare use, the plastic cap on the steamer broke while I was making a coffee. Not worth buying.
Great machine for a great price. Like it a lot, use it everyday and works perfectly. It is quite small. Me and my girlfriend can take both a coffee in the morning from the same brew. But if someone else is drinking, we need to brew some more. Just that.
