Works great once you get past the initial strong plastic smell (taste) I read the reviews on this and many other coffee makers before ordering, so I was prepared for some of the things other reviewers didn’t like. When the product was first plugged in, the control panel didn’t respond. We looked it up and used the “unplug for 20 minutes and plug back in” method which fixed the problem.
