Fits, but shorter than the original Currrently priced at about $20 less than the original Frigidaire ULTRAWF, this unit has the same basic configuration of the original (so it will fit). However, this model is several inches shorter than the original, meaning it likely contains less activated charcoal and therefor less filtering capacity. Itâs too soon to tell if there is a noticeable decrease in filtering life, and whether the cheaper price makes this a worthwhile trade off.
Whereâs the crystala brand that worked so well?? Awful. Wonât prime correctly. Forcing pump to labor too hard. Inconsistent water flow.
