The water filters I received received to-day had no label, did not have the customary cover seal protecting them from any unauthorized use at the point of sale and no instructions for their use or disposal as is the case of similar health and hygiene related products. We had ordered this itembefore and were fully satisfied with the product received. So what happened?

Buyer Beware Filter was EZ to install; however, filtered water had a thin, oily scum that would not clear even with extensive flushing.Checked the water source and reinstalled the old filter. Water ran clear. Installed the new filter again and the thin, oily film reappeared.Contacted the supplier and they’re unaware of any such problem.
