Alternative to the GE Brand Cheaper alternative to the GE brand water filter (at a quarter of the cost for GE’s). Easy to install. Did not notice any differences (functions/taste of water etc.) compared to the GE one.
A good replacement value Fit’s perfectly, and everything seems to be operating as it should, with good water flow. As this company wants a review right away, I can’t vouch for the length of time each filter lasts compared to what they say, or how long the original filters lasted. But overall, they appear to be a good value.
So far so good This is first time I bought other than appliance brand for my refrigerator. After looking at local big hardware chain for MWF filter I took the appliance salesperson’s advice and bought one on Amazon (as she does). A single filter at store was $50.
