great unit Unit came missing some parts, no problem as I was mainly buying for coffee making. Set up as directed and filled tank full and pushed clean button. 10 seconds later, 5 little beeps and unit shuts off. Did this many times with same results. Will be sending it back, but will get refund as unit has this problem quite a bit with other customers. As far as looking cheap and plasticy, didn’t find that to be the case. Best coffee maker we’ve had so far My favorite coffee maker. I never knew I’d use all the features I do until I got this. The auto shutoff when closing the drip is really a fantastic touch.If you are looking at solo cup makers like we were, don’t second guess this unit. I make single cups every morning, and carafes on the weekend. Look up the features on their site for more info.Make sure you get the right coffee filters (I think #4 cones)
