Simply add your favorite coarse-ground coffee beans to the filter chamber and assemble onto the lower collection pot. As the cold drip process mellows the flavor, best results will be had with medium to dark roasted beans, with a medium-coarse grind. Fill the upper ice and water chamber, adjust the valve so the water drips approximately three drops every five seconds, and place on top of the lower section. Perfection takes time, so allow 3-4 hours for your cold brew concentrate to percolate. Relax and enjoy!
