Nectar of the Gods Ive used this coffeemaker for 7 years, every single day and not any type problems with the machine, I’ve replaced the Grinder and lid three times. I’ve come to hand wash all parts after each use and use the paper filters. I agree that Cuisinart makes some product that don’t deliver, however this machine passes with flying colors.
Five Stars The best coffee maker.
Three Years and Out This coffeemaker has a three year warranty. It will fail in three years, as mine did, and Cuisinart will tell you to throw it out and go buy another one. No fixes.. no free parts… just “sorry, you outta luck”. Expect the machine to start leaking water from a connection between the plastic water holder and the brewer, and that leak will just slowly get worse until it will not brew at all. Dealing with their customer service was like hitting yourself in the head with a brick.
