Replaces Melitta MEMB1 A lot of people love the Melitta brew and grind coffee maker, but it is no longer made. Invariably a latch on the Melitta breaks and one has to resort to tape to fix it. So, stuck with either a taped up mess or getting a new brand, this Conair Cuisine comes to the rescue. It has a basket identical to the MEMB1 and is as easy to use. The biggest catch is the metal carafe’s lid is screwed on and must be turned exactly 180 degrees in order for it to pour correctly without spilling. Also,…

Good but has some cons. Like this coffee pot, works well. Dont like that you have to put the water in a small side area, and the basket only fits one way so you have to keep turning it untill you get the right side. Will probably not buy again.

Awesome coffee maker. I got this for my dad and he absolutely loves it. It does everything as advertised perfectly. I would purchase this again if I had to.
