Dissapointed I have several Cuisinart products and had good expectations for this. Because of that I did not keep the original box, big mistake! Coffee side worked well at first, but after a month of everyday use (My husband and I have our morning coffee) the carafe leaks around the lid when pouring. Cuisinart vs Keurig Costs We have been big Keurig users for years and have loved the ease of use but not loved the cost. With two of us drinking two mugs of coffee a day it worked out to $2 a day or 60 K-cups a month ($30 @ .50 a K-cup). Love the hot water feature! It’s a great coffeemaker. It works quickly, and is easy to program. The hot water feature is a great addition. Hot tea all day without firing up the stove!
