Caution: ONLY accepts Keurig brand pods. Unlike previous models, this new model will ONLY work with Keurig brand pods. If you try to use a non-Keurig pod, the machine just gives you an “oops” message and a phone number to call to order more Keurig pods. It will NOT brew. I found a piece of plastic on the inside that had broken off and a 1-800 number that was displayed for working through the maintenance issues. Minimize counter space. Great entry level Keurig product. Great design. I love that the resovoir is in the back and holds a good amount before a refill is needed. The product came with a bulb you insert in the K Cup that cleans the grinds logged in the needle and also came with 1 carbon filter. The only drawback to this is the sensor is still fairly set high when the unit alerts you to refill. I can get what seems like about 2 more cups before it empties.
