The Capresso MT900 Thermal Coffeemaker features a great design with durable stainless steel housing and a clear, removable tank situated as the back of the brewer. The MC900 brews up to 10 cups of coffee in less than 7 minutes for coffee with rich, clean flavor. The heating system is lined in stainless steel for purer brews and less need for decalcification and an extra large shower head design saturates the grounds for the fullest flavor extraction. Other features include a removable 50 oz. water tank, a 50-oz. insulated stainless steel carafe, drip-stop feature, 24 hour programmable LCD clock and timer and a 2 hour auto shut-off. Bravo! This coffee maker makes very good coffee! I normally use a Chemex for just myself but needed a real coffeemaker for visiting family. I had a Keurig before that, but over time, I found the coffee lacking in flavor so I went on a quest to learn how to make a better tasting cup of coffee. 10 + years as Capresso Customers We really like this machine. We like the removable water tank. My wife really like the extra capacity thermal carafe. We have enjoyed a Capresso Coffee maker for more than 10 years. This is our second model. Hoping they continue to offer models with the removable water tanks.

Best coffee maker we’ve ever owned (and we’ve owned many) Makes great coffee. Best aesthetic design we’ve ever owned or even seen – it’s actually attractive! Carafe pours without dripping. Separate lids for tank and grounds is brilliant. The removable tank’s lid design is a bit over-engineered to double as a carry handle; we have always had a portion-marked pitcher for filling, so the handle just kind of gets in the way.
