For the price, we expected a little more This is not a plug and play even though it was replacing another BUNN unit. You will need an extra part prior to installing the unit too that can be purchased at a local hardware store. The instructions are a little confusing on setting the water level and the water dispenser drips a few times after use onto the floor. Also, the carafes are not included. It is mediocre for a commercial unit.
Slow hot water. This is just what i ordered, works great. The only thing i don’t like is the hot water comes out of the spigotreally slow, not at all if you’re trying to brew coffee.
Poor description Inspection before shipping process in poor. Came without filter holder. Waterline was an issue because previous model had compression fitting on the back. Had to change the complete line.
