Great Idea, sub-stellar execution I drink a LOT of tea and I got this to satisfy my tea cravings at the office. We have a hot water faucet, so I figured I would use this to make tea in pretty large batches. 51 oz is a great size container. I highly recommend this size for people who drink tea in large quantities. Takes long time to steep tea. I just purchased this tea infuser and love the ease of it and the design. However, I am finding I have to steep tea for a long time to get full flavor of tea. Before I had this unit I would just put tea into a saucepan and steep then strain into a teapot. This archaic method produced strong black tea that only steeped for 5 minutes. I find with the bodum if I steep for 5 minutes too weak. I am going to contact bodum to see if I am doing something wrong. I doubt I am as it is a no brainer…
