Bodum Mixers Rock!!! đŸ˜‰ Hello to all of my Fellow Bakers! I have bought many, many mixers in the past from Sunbeam to an expensive Hamilton Beach and I can totally and completely say that this Bodum Bistro Electric Stand Mixer outperforms all of its competitors to the Max! I do a lot of baking and mixing so I use my mixers regularly and I was so completely and pleasantly surprised at how well this mixer did it’s job! I didn’t have to keep scraping the sides every few seconds like I had to using the Hamilton Beach…
It works pretty well; my main complaints are that it is … I bought this because I was too cheap to buy a kitchenaide. It works pretty well; my main complaints are that it is noisy and can make a strange smell if it runs for more than a minute or two. The manufacturer actually recommends never running it for longer than 5 minutes at a time as it can overheat.
The Perfect Mixer I gave this as a gift and she is thrilled. Can’t believe what an easy job it made out of preparing cookie dough. Mixer just walked thru that heavy dough. No bogging down, noise level was not worth mentioning. I was watching TV 10 feet away and didn’t even have to raise the volume to hear it. Bought it in Red for $150. Great price and Couldn’t be happier
