Just bring your fresh ground Coffee and your favorite mug, and we’ve got the rest covered. Fill water in the kettle and set the desired temperature on the digital control panel. The kettle automatically shuts off when the temperature is reached. Now place the reusable filter in the glass carafe, and then 2-3 scoops of your fresh ground Coffee. Slowly pour hot water in a circular motion into the carafe and soak the Coffee grounds evenly. The long gooseneck spout makes it easier to control the water flow, even if it’s your first time. Wait until all the liquid seeps through the filter, which may take about 2-3 minutes. Voila! enjoy your rich, robust Coffee! the base also comes with a warming plate that keeps Coffee hot and ready for refills. The kettle is stainless and the carafe is glass and sits on a warming plate. The temperature for heating the water is adjustable to 212 F. I set temp to 205 F and pour a small amount over grains to allow for bloom. After 30 seconds I pour over the remaining water. The coffee comes out perfect and stays hot!
