Please don’t buy this vaccuum WOW! Never in my life did I suspect that I would regret such a cheap purchase. I’ve never wrote a review in my life, and normally wouldn’t over a measly 30 dollars. But this is by far the worst 30 dollars ever spent. This “VACCUUM” will actually stop charging, and wear its battery out without being used. Literally 45 seconds into a quick vaccuum, it will lose all power and suction. Great for making noise and for making a larger mess than you were trying to clean up in the first place. I…
THIS IS WORTHLESS JUNK – DON”T WASTE YOUR MONEY Complete Garbage. This review is for the NiCad battery powered version. However neither Black & Decker nor Amazon specify this unit as NiCad powered, so even the savvy consumer has no chance of avoiding this dog of a product. Since my complaint is about the battery charging, it may not apply to the Lithium battery version. Great Service. This is the best hand vac we have ever had. It does wonders on the cat fur. The bad news…the battery died in 6 months. The good news… we called B&D to see if we could get a replacement battery, instead they sent an entire new Dustbuster at no charge (not even shipping). It arrived in less then a week.UPDATE: The battery dies in the second one within 6 months aas well as in the one I bought as a gift. DON”T BUY THIS!!!
