Bad Customer Service I had previously posted a review of this product, but failed to say that I never used it. The description of the product didn’t meet my expectations …immediately put in the box without using it and requested a return. Very disappointed that they would not let me return it for a refund. Won’t be doing business with ROXANA LIVE ever again. I reordered a Cuisinart coffee maker and love it. It was exactly what I expected.
Horrible !! Horrible! This seller will not give me a refund as I requested. This coffee maker I paid $45.00 , its not even worth that and its on the webpage for $25.00. It is thin plastic and the glass is so thin. And the auto shut off doesn’t work! They don’t give refunds or price adjustments. I am filing a claim with Amazon.
