Faulty glass wear, but no help. The product is beautiful. I really enjoy using this coffee maker. However this seller was not helpful at all when I commented on the line on the carafe (glass). They just suggested to contact to Amazon. Because I really like what I got, and I am not in USA, sending the product back is not my option. I am wishing Amazon reply this comment.
