I cannot recommend this product I purchased the tea maker, and this extra pitcher SPECIFICALLY because I wanted a glass pitcher. Great capacity, and the tea maker makes very good tea. However, both pitchers broken before we had the tea maker for six weeks because the they are very, very thin and breakable. They say that it is dishwasher safe, but there is NO WAY this pitcher could survive a dish-washing cycle. Lousy service I ordered this on the 10th. Today, on the 19th, I was finally informed it was on the way and expected to arrive 6 days from now. In the meantime I got desperate enough to find an alternative container that fits the inside contour of the tea machine. I almost cancelled this order several time but decided not to.
