Couldn’t be happier! To start it off this Keurig came brand new in manufacturers box. Everything was included and it works perfectly as it should. The only drawback was that after I purchased a Keurig My K-Cup I found out it will not work with this brewer. I was displeased about this and was ready to send it back when I found Winco was selling K-Cup knockoffs..2 for $6. I tried that option and Voila! Works with zero problems. Very well designed & rugged unit. Bought this for the office. Very well designed & rugged unit. No filter required. Makes great coffee from the original style k-cups. If you need to transport this unit, you can easily flip a switch and pump the water from the internal tank back into the empty reservoir for no mess transport. Can make 6, 8 or 10 ounce brews.
