Ticked off.. I just received this coffeemaker on a Monday and on Friday found a crack in carafe. Spent 30 minutes on hold for Customer Support, only to be told it want covered by warranty . It would cost $20+ dollars to replace it. Will be returning and look for better quality coffeemaker. Remember…you get what you pay for.
