Makes good espresso and coffee First impression after opening the box is that whoever designed this was pretty smart. There is a loop of plastic that goes under the entire machine in the box and has handles at the top. This lets you very easily pull the machine out of the box in a controlled way and ensures you don’t break anything. What a great idea. Very good machine We are very happy with the machine, I like cappuccinos and my husband like espresso. Easy to use with grounds or beans. The steamer is super fast and I get lots and lots of froth. At first, I had a good amount of milk, but it makes it froth very quickly and I had to remove it more than half. Great option to make the coffee darker or lighter. Easy to fill with water because the tank is removable. Easy to clean because the the tray that holds any excess or grounds, comes off in one piece…
